Wonderful old Chinese brass box, etched across the top are two dragons that frame the central words Peiping China 1947. In 1949, Peiping was renamed to Beijing. Box is stamped into brass on bottom CHINA. Interior is lined in wood.
5.25” x 3.5” x 2.5”
Box has not been polished. Visible tarnish. Residual from sticker on front. Hinges good. Nice stable old box.
