Amazing ceramic lamp, oversized with a wide body and equally tall, shaped in a ginger jar, this Italian ceramic has heavy Chinoiserie influence! Painted in Italian Majolica style, it depicts traditional Asian courtlife in bright vivid colors of sunny yellow, rich royal blue and accents of pea green and russets. The body of lamp rests on a dark walnut wood vase. The sides and back are Handpainted with blooming florals while a geometric cross pattern finishes the bottom and top. An updated historical craft, this Italian chic Chinoiserie brings a true modern flair for a modern grand Millennial vibe!

Powers on, 250W 250V, standard US bulb and plug, turn switch on socket, nice condition, lamp has two found marks in glaze where either a glaze bubble popped or a scuff against glaze occurred causing glaze to come off ceramic (see photo). Some imperfections in hand painting, no breaks to ceramic. Label for Frederick Cooper Lighting remains on socket
