Often referred to as a guardsman lamp, this unique lamp is art deco perfect. Curved metal shade with metal original finial atop, the base a slender round stem. Power switch on base. To change lightbulb, you must use unscrew shade. The patina has mellowed in the 80 years, and overall has a darkened patina. Brass has not been polished and has tarnish and surface age. Powers on, standard US bulb, voltage and vintage plug. I would recommend 60W bulb or less.
Inside of shade was painted at rim a very long time ago. Shows aging to paint and some west. Very teeny ding at rim of shade.
