Lovely, quilted art, hand stitched with some needle work it depicts triangular shakes around the outside in a green and cream. In the center a scrolling brown geometric is framed by an expanding, alternating stripe of a teal green and a cream. Lots of embroidery detail added into the piece. Finished on the back with a fabric that covers and then tucked into this black frame. It is not a professional framing. it is a wonderful piece that brings a nice abstract of color and craftsmanship.
Fabric is a cotton blend embroidery thread, appears to be cotton silk blend
12” x 12” in the frame, maybe slightly larger went unframed
Fabric has yellow slightly with age or sun exposure. No tears or rips, may be some surface dust
