Lovely, contemporary Chinese vase, presented in a crisp, white with a rich, royal blue pattern that depicts scrolling vines of sweet pea, with blooms framing a double happiness symbol. On each side pierced scrolling handle is attached. The base has a geometric pattern of a cross around its square sides. The body of the vase is wide through the bottom and Narrows elegantly up the neck, the rim finishes in to dark inky blue stripes. The double happiness symbol appears on each side of the vase.
12 inches tall by 7 inches wide by 5 1/2 inches deep, it is slightly wider on the front and back as it includes the width of the handles
Very nice condition, without any damage. There are imperfections that occurred when this piece was made dude with hand making. We are able to spot areas of over painting, or uneven painting. There is an area around the base where the painting did not cover the corner, and it is just white ceramic, there is also some uneven painting around the handles.
