Lovely set of three vintage Asian vases, each of these are woven basketry with an insert of ceramic or plastic. The fine detail on the outside are tiny reeds woven into a pattern. Each vase is different in size and woven texture, and they complement each other nicely as a collection.
Tallest bass is 7 inches tall by 4.75 inches in diameter, opening at the top is .75 inches in diameter.
Smallest face is 4 inches tall by 2.5 inches in diameter, opening at the top is 1 inch in diameter.
The middle sized vessel is more like a planter, it is 3 1/2 inches tall by 3 7/8 inches in diameter, the opening is 2 7/8 inches in diameter
Each are in nice condition with all of the wicker and reeds intact, all of the inserts are in good condition. There’s evidence that these have been used as planters or vase prior with some staining on the inside.
