An apothecary jar converted into a charming table lamp, this blue and white ceramic lamp evokes memories of simpler times. The Italian hand painted jar features scrolling acanthus leaves and an Italian phrase for English chamomile on the front, while the brass metal base grounds it in a more modern esthetic. In a scrolling at campus leafs, a bearded man’s face appears evokeing the green man face often depicting naturalistic or the outside and nature.

Powers on, 250 V, 250 W, standard US bulb and cord, the cord has been replaced recently, turn switch for power on the socket, cradle socket, and harp. All show tarnish.
Ceramic is a nice condition there are no cracks and no chips, this is a handmade vessel that shows some imperfections that occur during the hand, making of the piece which would include over painting.
