A pair of studio pottery mugs, taller in size each measuring 5.5 inches tall, they present in this wonderful diagonal stripe. Against a golden glaze, tiny chocolate brown speckles appear throughout the glaze, the diagonal stripe is unglazed and shows the reddish clay underneath. Around the rim, a taupe glaze appears, and repeats on the inside. The inside has a glossy glaze while the exterior has a more satin like finish. But perhaps the most fantastic element of these mugs is the looping handle that has a thumb rest. They sit well in your hand and feel good to use, have a fabulous pattern and would make a great addition to anyone’s collection and daily use.
