This lamp is absolutely gorgeous, moody, and it’s dark black porcelain, this is a vintage Japanese Satsuma vase that was converted to a lamp. The black porcelain is decorated and a panel on the front and the back, with accent designs on the size. There is a slight relief surface to the way that a Satsuma paint and porcelain is done, and it adds a layer of interesting texture. The lamp rest upon a warm brown stained wood base. This is a gorgeous lamp that will bring a bit of moodiness and glam to any decor.

18.5 inches tall to the top of the socket by 7 inches in diameter.
Nice condition, there is no damage to the ceramic. Minor loss of some gold paint, but likely occurred from handling.
