Vintage Periwinkle Blue Asian Lamp by Frederick Cooper
Stunning Asian style lamp from Frederick Cooper, presented with a squared lamp shade in a Periwinkle blue. The base of the lamp features a ceramic, Asian styled urn with two handles that feature the head of a foo dog. The base has an intentional crackled gray-blue base, with the outlines of blooming dahlias painted upon it in the same Periwinkle blue. Across the front and back, the branch of a blooming dahlia is presented in hues of gold, light blue, and accents of a peachy across the petals of the flowers. An edge of metallic gold trims the top and bottom of the ceramic lamp, as it rests upon an Asian style wooden base that has a ring of brass around it. The shades of blue and gray across the lamp would be beautiful in a coastal setting! The coup d'etat is the finial of the lamp, presented in brass as a Chinese symbol. A beautiful, modern Chinoiserie chic addition to your decor!
